Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tofu 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Roll dough 24 Inch
  Preserves 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Fold the dough over to form a triangle and press the edges together to seal.
Prick and bake on an oiled sheet at 375° for 30 minutes.
