Tofu Parmesan Crescents

Ingredients
  Tofu 1 Pound, blend to smooth paste
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), blend to smooth paste
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), blend to smooth paste
  Salt 1 Teaspoon, blend to smooth paste
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon, blend to smooth paste
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Beat the dough for about 1 minute, until it becomes elastic and smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll each part into a 10" round.
Sprinkle withGRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
Cut into 8 wedges.
Starting at the wider edge, roll up each wedge.
Place with the center point down, 2" apart on an oiled baking sheet.
Tuck the ends in slightly and curve down to form a crescent shape.
Bake at 375 F for 30 - 35 minutes.
