Chinese Style Tofu

Ingredients
  Bamboo shoots 8 Ounce, drained and shredded (1 Can)
  Mangetout peas/Sugar snap peas 6 Ounce, trimmed and stringed (175 Gram)
  Tofu 12 Ounce, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices (350 Gram)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon, roasted
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok, heat oil.
2. Once hot, add garlic and tofu. Shallow fry till tofu turns golden brown evenly.
3. Drain on absorbent paper. Keep aside.
4. In the same wok, add peas and bamboo shoots. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce, sesame seeds and fried tofu. Toss for a minute till well combined.

SERVING
6. Transfer on to a deep bowl and serve immediately.
