INDONESIAN BEAN CURD

Ingredients
  Bean curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Indonasean Variety)
  Bean sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soak in boiling water
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Fried onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the curds into cubes and fry quickly in hot oil.
Meanwhile, soak bean sprouts by pouring boiling water over them, after cubing them.
When the curds are fried arrange them in a dish and sprinkle over the soaked sprouts, then top with previously fried onion.
Serve with Soya sauce.
