Barbecued Tofu

Ingredients
  Tofu 1 Pound
  Barbecue sauce 5 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Make out rectangular shaped patties of 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick from the tofu.

MAKING
2) In a baking dish, place patties and spread 1 teaspoon barbecue sauce on top of each.
3) Set your oven at at 350° and place the baking dish inside.
4) Bake for 20 minutes or until the tofu turns nice and brown.

SERVING
5) Serve the barbecued tofu with fresh salad and corn on the cob cooked over charcoal. Also add carrot sticks and potato salad to make it more perfect.
