Indian Minty Tofu Kebabs
|Tofu||12 Ounce, frozen and defrosted|
|Mint||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Squeeze out the excess water from the tofu and cut into cubes and keep aside. Make a marinade by blending all the ingredients for the marinade. Pour this marinade over the tofu cubes. Let sit for a couple of hours.
Take a skillet and add the marinated pieces of tofu one by one. Add 1-2 tsp of oil on top of the tofu cubes and cook turning it over in between. Cook till it turns golden brown. Serve.
