Tofu with Minced Turkey
|Shao hsing wine/Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground turkey||1⁄2 Pound|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2 , seeded and diced|
|Firm tofu||1 Pound, drained, and cut into 3/4-inch cubes (1 Package)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Hoisin sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Add turkey and stir to coat.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
Cooking Place a wok or wide frying pan over high heat.
Add oil, swirling, to coat sides.
Add turkey and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until brown and crumbly.
Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add tofu, broth, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce.
Stir gently and cook for 3 minutes.
Transfer to a serving platter.
