Tofu, Tomato, And Onion Salad
|Firm style tofu||6 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Tomato||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Thinly sliced red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh basil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Balsamic vinegar/Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Italian seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
1. On serving platter decoratively arrange tofu, tomato, onion, and basil, overlapping edges slightly.
2. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients and drizzle evenly over salad.
