Zesty Bean Curd

Ingredients
  Beancurd 1 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch cubes (2 squares. 450 gram)
  Chopped ham 25 Milliliter (1 1/2 tablespoons)
  Dill pickle 1⁄2 Medium, finely chopped
  Soy sauce 25 Milliliter (1 1/2 tablespoons)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Drain bean curd well, then place in a serving bowl.
2. Mix seasoning sauce ingredients in another bowl and set aside.
