Deep Fried Tofu

Ingredients
  Bean curd 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (Bean Curd)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Soy sauce/Sweet and sour sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Roll the tofu cubes in the wheat germ mixed with the cornstarch. Heat the oil to 365 degrees on a deep-fat frying thermometer.
2. Fry the cubes, a few at a time, in a basket in the hot oil. Drain on paper towels and keep warm while frying the remainder.
