|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened (250 ml)|
|Tofu||60 Gram, crumbled|
|Milk||45 Milliliter (3 tbsp)|
|Mixed fines herbes||1 Teaspoon, mixed (5 ml)|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (60 ml)|
|Green onions||2 , finely chopped|
– Run all ingredients through blender until mixture is smooth and creamy.
– Shape into rolls and refrigerate. Wait 2 hours. Cut into rounds.
