Cut tofu in domino shaped pieces and marinate in teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes, turning to coat well.
Meanwhile, combine flour and sesame seeds.
Lift tofu from marinade, drain briefly, then dip in flour mixture to coat all sides.
Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat; add half the tofu and cook until lightly browned (about 4 minutes on each side).
Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to cook the remaining tofu.
