Fried Tofu with Oyster Sauce

This is such a simple and easy recipe with lots of goodness of bean curd. This can be a nice snack dish. Try!!!
Ingredients
  Cooking oil 4 Tablespoon
  Bean curd 500 Gram, cubed 0.5 inch pieces
  Oyster sauce 4 Tablespoon (Mama Sitas)
  Spring onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced into 0.5 inch pieces
Directions

In a sauce pan heat oil. Fry bean curd until golden brown. Drain the oil.
Pour Mama Sita's oyster sauce on bean curd.Garnish it with spring onion.
Serve.
