Caramel Apples

Ingredients
  Caramels 14 Ounce
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Apples 5 Medium, washed, dried
Directions

MAKING
1. On a double boiler, melt caramels with water over low heat. Stir occasionally until sauce is smooth.
2. Now, into the stem end of each apple insert a wooden stick.
3. Dip each apple into the hot caramel sauce until well coated. Scrape excess sauce from the apple bottom.

SERVING
4. Cool and serve.
