Deliciously sweet and amazingly gorgeous caramel apple ring is truly a wonderful treat for the whole family. Yes my family is in love with this caramel apple ring and I assure even yours will like it equally. Just give it a try and sit back and relish the taste.
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Brown sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon (1 dessertspoon)
  Self raising flour 8 Ounce
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked apple pulp 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter and brown sugar.
Spread over base and sides of 8" ring tin.
Prepare dough by sifting flour, salt and sugar into a basin, and rubbing in the butter, then mixing with milk.
Roll into an oblong shape 1/4" thick.
Spread with apple pulp mixed with extra brown sugar, lemon rind and cinnamon.
Roll up.
Cut into 2" slices, place cut side down in a prepared tin.
Bake in a hot oven for about 25 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with custard.
