Caramel Apples

Ingredients
  1% milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1% Butterfat)
  Unsweetened apple juice concentrate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsalted margarine 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apples 3 Medium
Directions

Wash apples, remove stems, and stick skewers into stem end of apples.
Bring milk and concentrate to a boil.
Add vinegar and cook mixture to soft ball stage, 238°.
Be careful not to burn it! Take form heat and add margarine.
Beat until slightly thickened.
Dip apples into candy, turning to coat all sides.
Place on waxed paper that has been greased.
Cool completely before eating.
