Baked Caramel Apples

Ingredients
  Apples 3 Medium
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk or water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Miniature marshmallows 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
Directions

1. Cut apples in half lengthwise. Remove core, but do not peel. Arrange apples, cut-side-up in 9 x 2-inch round dish. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap. Cook, covered, on Full Power for 2 to 4 minutes, or until apples are nearly tender.
2. Combine brown sugar and flour in small bowl. Gradually blend in milk and butter. Spoon over apples. Sprinkle with marshmallows and nuts. Cook, covered, on Full Power for 2 to 4 minutes, or until apples are tender and sauce is bubbling. Serve warm with sauce.
