Caramel Apple Dip
|Cream cheese/Reduced fat cream cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (non fat, softened to room temperature)|
|Light brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Place the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.
2. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, and serve at room temperature, or warm in a microwave oven for 40 seconds at high power. (If you choose to warm the dip on a conventional stove top, transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and place over low heat until warm.)
