Nuts Caramel Apples
|Caramels||14 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Hot water||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine caramels and water in a 1-quart glass measure.
Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, or until melted; stir twice until smooth.
Insert sticks into stem of apples.
Dip each apple into caramel mixture turning and tipping dish to coat apples; sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Place on greased wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Store in a cool place.
