Nutty Fruity Toast

Ingredients
  Peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped raisins/Chopped dried apricots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Jam/Preserves 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bread slice 4
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine peanut butter, raisins, jam and cinnamon.
Spread on two slices of bread.
Top with remaining bread.
Beat eggs and stir in milk.
Dip each sandwich in mixture.
Melt butter in skillet.
Brown sandwiches on both sides.
