Fruit N Cheese Toast

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Bread slice 2
  Cream cheese 1 Ounce, softened
  Apple/Pear / banana 1 Small, chopped
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in a small shallow baking pan in a 450°F.
Spread butter evenly in pan.
Separate one egg.
Beat 1 whole egg and 1 egg white with milk.
Dip bread in egg mixture, coating both sides.
Place in buttered pan.
Bake 5 minutes at 450° 1 beat cream cheese and remaining yolk together.
Mix fruit, lemon juice and raisins.
Remove bread from oven.
Spread each slice with cheese mixture.
Top with fruit.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
