Ingredients
  Spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked
  Mashed potatoes 4 Tablespoon
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked
  Natto 3 Tablespoon
  Vegemite 1 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Jam 2 Tablespoon
  Marmalade 2 Tablespoon
  Chocolate 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Toast all the bread slices in the toaster oven.
2. Add spinach, mushrooms, mashed potatoes, carrots, natto, vegemite, peanut butter, jam, marmalade and chocolate to each bread slice.

SERVING
3. Plate and serve.
