Fruit Toast

Unique Fruit Toast are simple irresistible! I served it for breakfast just yesterday and everyone loved it. Try this Fruit Toast recipe!
  Butter/Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Peach/Nectarine / apple / 2 apricots 1 , sliced
  Sugar free fruit apricot/Peach jam 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Light rye bread slice/Sunflower seed bread 1 , lightly toasted

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6.
Melt the butter or margarine in a large, heavy based saucepan or frying pan and saute the fruit for 2-3 minutes, until it begins to soften.
Turn off the heat and stir in the fruit jam and lemon juice, if using.
Place the toast on a baking sheet and spoon the fruit mixture on top of it.
Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes and serve immediately.
