|Peach/Nectarine / apple / 2 apricots||1 , sliced|
|Sugar free fruit apricot/Peach jam||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Light rye bread slice/Sunflower seed bread||1 , lightly toasted|
Preheat the oven to 200Â°C/400Â°F/Gas mark 6.
Melt the butter or margarine in a large, heavy based saucepan or frying pan and saute the fruit for 2-3 minutes, until it begins to soften.
Turn off the heat and stir in the fruit jam and lemon juice, if using.
Place the toast on a baking sheet and spoon the fruit mixture on top of it.
Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes and serve immediately.
