Fruit Toast Deluxe
|Nonfat wholegrain bread slices||4 , toasted (0.5 Inch Thick)|
|Sliced frozen strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Thawed)|
|Kiwis||2 , peeled|
|Banana||1 , sliced|
|Raspberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh Frozen Or Thawed)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1 Teaspoon|
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Arrange toast on a baking sheet.
3.Combine strawberries, kiwis, bananas, and raspberries. Spoon fruit onto toast slices.
4.Bake for 10 minutes until fruit is warmed through.
5.Combine cottage cheese, orange rind, and orange juice and spoon over fruit toast.
