Bread dipped in egg mixture and fried - a very tasty and delicious snack
Ingredients
  Egg 4
  Bread slices 4
  Chopped onion 1
  Grated ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chili 4 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
  Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut each slice of bread diagonally.

2. Heat oil in a non stick frying pan in high heat. Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture (ensure well covered) and deep fry till light brown.

3. Serve hot sprinkled with pepper powder and salt as required.
