|Broccoli||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Teaspoon|
|White sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Wash the broccoli and scrape the stems lightly if they are not young and tender.
Then cook until tender.
Cut into individual portions and arrange on the toast.
Meanwhile add the chopped onion and minced eggs to the white sauce and pour over the broccoli.
Serve as a main dish.
