Baked Oysters Over Toast Points

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 6
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Fresh oysters 24 Ounce
Directions

Cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet.
Crumble bacon, and set aside.
Add vegetables to bacon drippings; cook until tender.
Stir in the next 4 ingredients.
Arrange oysters in a lightly greased 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish.
Spoon vegetable mixture over oysters.
Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges of oysters begin to curl.
Using a slotted spoon, serve oysters on toast points.
