Ingredients
  Soy milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
  Maple syrup/Raw agave nectar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extarct 1 Teaspoon
  Cassia 1 Teaspoon
  Regular salt 1 Pinch
  Stale bread slices 4 Medium
  Oil/Fat 2 Tablespoon (for toasting)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix all the ingredients except bread in a bowl.
2. Dunk bread in mixture coat well and cook in pan on a med heat until brown on both sides.

SERVING
3. Serve along with tea or coffee with tangy and flavorful sauces like ketchup and mustard or as desired.
