Chili Topped Cheese Toast
|Canned chili con carne with beans||1 Pound (1 can)|
|Pimiento cheese||8 Ounce, sliced (1 package)|
1 In a saucepan, heat chili con carne slowly.
2 Under the broiler, toast bread on one side
3 Turn once and cover untoasted sides with cheese slices.
4 Broil until the cheese melts.
5 Cut the toast in diagonal halves or quarters.
6 Arrange on individual plates.
7 Spoon hot chili over the toast.
8 Serve at once, garnished with olive slices.
