Mock Crab Toasts

Ingredients
  Grated cheese 2 Ounce
  Anchovy essence 3 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Toasted slice 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

MAKING
2.Combine cheese with anchovy essence, vinegar, prepared mustard, salt and cayenne pepper using a wooden spoon.
3.Mix well until smooth.
4.Cut the toast into fingers.
5.Spread the mixture on the fingers and bake for 10 minutes.

SERVING
6.Serve the toast fingers garnished with cocktail onions and watercress.
