Broiled Sardines on Toast

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs) (half milk, half light cream)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Canned sardines in oil 4 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Buttered toast 2
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan, heat butter until melted.
2.Put bread crumbs, eggs, and half and half in the pan.
3.Once heated, put salt and pepper.
4.Boil sardines in water for 5 minutes.

SERVING
5.Serve buttered toats topped with egg mixture; garnished with paprika.
