Broiled Sardines on Toast
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Half and half||1 Cup (16 tbs) (half milk, half light cream)|
|Canned sardines in oil||4 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
1.In a saucepan, heat butter until melted.
2.Put bread crumbs, eggs, and half and half in the pan.
3.Once heated, put salt and pepper.
4.Boil sardines in water for 5 minutes.
5.Serve buttered toats topped with egg mixture; garnished with paprika.
