Baked Liver On Toast

Ingredients
  Liver 1⁄2 Kilogram, cut into small pieces
  Onions 2 , minced
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Thick tomato puree 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
  Ghee 3 Tablespoon
  Toasted bread slices 8 (Squares)
  Chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt ghee and fry onion golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic, chillies and masala powders.
Continue frying.
Add liver pieces and salt and cook for a few minutes, stirring.
Remove from fire.
Blend Worcester sauce, tomato puree, milk and cornflour.
Stir and cook until thick.
Add to cooked liver.
Grease well a shallow baking dish and arrange toasted bread in it.
Spread liver mixture on top.
Dot with a little ghee and bake in a moderate oven for 15 mins.
Sprinkle with coriander and serve hot.
