|Marinated artichoke hearts||12 Ounce (2 jars)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely minced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced|
|Fine breadcrumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Drain marinade from one jar of artichokes into a frying pan.
Add onion, garlic and chopped artichoke hearts and saute until onion is limp, about 5 minutes.
In bowl beat eggs with fork, add crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and tabasco.
Stir in cheese, parsley and artichoke -onion mixture.
Turn into greased 7 x 11 inch baking pan and bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until set when light to touch.
Let cool in pan then cut into 1-inch pieces.
