Cracked Pepper Toast

Ingredients
  French bread loaf 1 , cut horizontally into 1/4 inch slices
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the sliced bread in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Brush each slice with the oil.
Sprinkle sea salt and pepper over the bread slices.
Bake until crisp, 7 to 10 minutes.
