Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients
  Enriched white bread slice 1 (Lightly Toasted)
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Cover 1 side of toast entirely with margarine.
2) Keep the toast, margarine-side up, on a sheet of foil or tray of toaster-oven.
3) Take a small cup and mix together sugar and cinnamon in it.
4) Top the toast evenly with this mixture and then broil it for about 1 minute, 3 inches from heat source, until golden brown.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
