Tomato Garlic Toasts

Ingredients
  Plum tomatoes 5 Large, diced
  Fresh basil 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic clove 1⁄2 Small, mashed
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Italian bread 4 Ounce, diagonally cut into 4 equal slices, and toasted
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a small mixing bowl.
2. Add in it all ingredients as mentioned in the list except bread.

SERVING
3. Arrange bread-slice on separate serving plates
4. Add the topping with ¼ of tomato mix ( around 3 tablespoon)
5. Serve immediately.
