  Bread slices 4 (Day Old)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon (Leveled) (For The Cinnamon Sugar:)
  Castor sugar 3 Tablespoon (Leveled) (For The Cinnamon Sugar:)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Toast the bread slices and spread butter on them.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, combine ground cinnamon and castor sugar (1 part cinnamon to 3 parts sugar) to prepare cinnamon sugar.
3) Sprinkle this on hot toast.

SERVING
4) Cut the toast in fingers and serve.
