Crab Toasts

Ingredients
  Condensed cream of celery with sauteed onion & garlic soup 1 Can (10 oz) (Healthy Choice Brand)
  Crabmeat/Surimi seafood 12 Ounce, flaked
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  French bread baguette 1
  Fat free parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), shredded
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

In medium bowl, combine soup, crabmeat, celery, onions, lemon juice, salt and lemon peel; mix well.
Cut baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch slices; arrange slices on 2 cookie sheets.
Broil 5 inches from heat 2 minutes until toasted, turning once.
Spread 1 tablespoon crab mixture on each baguette slice.
Top with Parmesan cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
Broil 5 inches from heat 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
