Mushrooms On Toast
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 400 degrees.
2) Rinse the mushrooms and trim them. Take off the stalks and place them in a well-greased baking dish with the cap side down.
3) Season and then dot with some buter.
4) Cover the dish and place it in the center of the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
5) In the meantime, toast the bread.
6) Onto the toasted slices, lift the mushrooms and top with the juice from the baking dish.
7) Serve hot.
