|White pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White bread slice||4|
|Mango chutney||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Paprika pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
Pound the veal and sprinkle on both sides with lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the scallops on each side for 4 minutes.
Toast the bread and spread with mango chutney.
Arrange a veal scallop on each slice, then top with the tomato slices.
Finally, place a slice of cheese over the tomatoes.
Place under the broiler until the cheese melts.
Garnish with paprika and chopped parsley.
