Cheesy Golden Buck

Ingredients
  Sharp american cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound (Process)
  Light cream/Evaporated milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Toast 4
  Eggs 4 , poached
Directions

Melt cheese in top part of double boiler over hot water.
Gradually add cream, stirring constantly.
Add seasonings.
Pour over toast and top each slice with a poached egg.
Makes 4 servings.
