CRUNCHY ORANGE-CINNAMON TOAST

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon (Soft)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, finely grated
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coconut 2 Tablespoon
  White bread slices 3
  Soft butter 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Toast 3 slices white bread on one side only.
Spread the untoasted side with soft butter and top with the above ingredients, well mixed.
Broil for a few minutes.
Cut into fingers.
Serve hot.
