Crab And Tomato Toasts

Ingredients
  Bread rounds 4
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Canned crabmeat 7 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Watercress 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon slices 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Toast the bread.
2) Spread half the margarine or the butter on the bread.
3) Keep the toast hot.
4) Mix together the crabmeat, lemon juice, tomato paste seasoning and the remaining margarine or butter.
5) Spread the mixture on to the toast.
6) Now, heat the toast under the broiler or the grill for a few minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve the toast with a garnish of lemon slices and watercress.
