Baked Pineapple Toast
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|White bread slices||6|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine butter, sugar, and pineapple.
Spread on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
Top with bread.
Beat eggs, milk, and salt together, pour over bread.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool slightly; invert on heated serving platter.
