Cheese and Sardines On Toast
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, grated or shredded|
1. Set the broiler for Low and turn on the heat.
2. Drain the sardines, remove any bones. Lay 2 sardines on each piece of toast. Cover thickly with cheese. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
3. Set under the broiler until the cheese melts. Garnish each portion with lemon wedges.
