Ingredients
  White bread slices 12
Directions

Cut crusts from sandwich loaf bread.
Cut each slice into 4 squares.
Press into small ungreased muffin cups.
A small empty muffin cup that holds 4 tsp.
(20 mL) is a good size.
Bake in 350° F (180°C) oven on bottom rack for about 15 minutes until corners are well browned.
Turn pan over to remove toast cups.
Cool completely.
Store in plastic bag.
To serve, fill with filling or pile cups around filling.
