Artichoke And Cheddar Cheese Appetizer
|Marinated artichoke hearts||12 Ounce, chopped (2 Jars Of 6 Ounce Each)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), pressed / finely chopped|
|Eggs||4 , slightly beaten|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, shredded|
|Liquid hot pepper seasoning||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Combine onions, garlic, and the liquid from 1 jar of artichokes in a 2-cup measure.
MICROWAVE on HIGH for 4 MINUTES.
In medium mixing bowl, combine onions and garlic with remaining ingredients.
Put a spoonful of mixture on each of 9-10 wheat crackers.
Place on small plate covered with paper towel.
PROGRAM TO MICROWAVE on HIGH for 1 MINUTE to 1 MINUTE and 30 SECONDS.
