Mushroom Toast

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 100 Gram
  Chopped water chestnuts 2 Tablespoon (Singhara)
  Spring onion 1 , chopped (Use White Part Only)
  Egg white 1 , whisked till frothy
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chili 1 , minced
  Bread slices 6 , crusts removed
Directions

Wash mushrooms, wipe dry and chop.
Put mushrooms, water chestnuts and spring onion in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Transfer to a bowl and mix in egg white, salt, pepper, oil and green chilli.
Spread mixture evenly over bread slices.
Place bread on a tray under a medium-hot grill till puffed and golden.
Cut into strips and serve immediately.
