Breakfast sausage/Any variety of ground sausage that you prefer
500 Gram (1 tube)
3 Tablespoon, peeled and chopped
2 Cup (32 tbs)
White bread loaf
1⁄3 (for toast ,your favorite bread works just as well)
1. Cook sausage, drain, set aside. Melt butter in saucepan.
2. Saute yellow onion until translucent. Stir in flour with a whisk to make a roux.
3. Add hot milk and stir until sauce thickens.
4. Mix in cooked meat and spices. Serve over toast.
