Breakfast Toast

Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread slice 2
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Nonfat butter granules 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat broiler.
Lightly toast bread.
Brush one side of each slice with oil and sprinkle with "butter" granules.
Add cinnamon if desired.
Place 3 to 4 inches from broiler, "buttered"-side up, and toast again 30 to 60 seconds, or until nicely browned.
